VEKEF is a playful meditation on Jewish identity, memory, and continuity.Blending history with imagination, the work collapses generations into a single moment where vision, leadership, and everyday life coexist without hierarchy.

What was once imagined becomes ordinary. What was once monumental becomes playful. Past and present meet not through weight or nostalgia, but through joy.

Vekef—a Hebrew word for fun—is used here as an act of resistance: a reminder that survival, identity, and belonging are not only preserved through seriousness, but also through humor, color, and play.

This piece invites the viewer to engage with history not as something distant or fragile, but as something alive, human, and confidently joyful.
